Payment & Refund Policy

Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy applies to services provided by Premier Business & Document Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).


 Accepted Payment Methods

Premier Business & Document Services LLC currently accepts the following payment methods:

  •   ZELLE
  •   ACH / Bank Transfer 
  •   Business Check 

We do not accept cash, credit cards, or debit cards.


Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Work will begin only after payment has been received and confirmed. If payment is made by check, services may begin after the check has cleared.


 Service Fees

Service fees vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work requested. Clients will be informed of the applicable fees prior to the commencement of services.


Refund Policy

Due to the nature of administrative, document preparation, and bookkeeping services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The service has not yet started 

• A billing error has occurred 

• The Company determines that a refund is appropriate


 Government and Third-Party Fees

Any government filing fees, state fees, registration fees, or third-party processing fees are non-refundable once submitted.


Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of requested services.

Premier Business & Document Services LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.


Service Delays

Service completion timelines may vary depending on the responsiveness of the client, the complexity of the request, and the processing times of government agencies or third-party organizations.

Premier Business & Document Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
